Patrick is hands down the best realtor in the world! I couldn’t say enough great things about Patrick and how awesome it is to work with him. I’ve been a loyal buyer/seller to Patrick since 2009 and I will NEVER use anyone else for as long as he is available. He always answers your calls/texts and is always on top of everything. He never makes you feel pressured and never makes you feel like a burden (even if you’re full of questions/anxiety etc). He’s always positive and makes buying/selling as easy as it could ever be. This is the second time we’ve had Patrick as our realtor, and honestly both times have been such a joy. Patrick has made selling a house so easy and we always appreciate his care for his customers. He’s not looking to make a sale, but to make sure his client has the best deal that’s needed for them to feel good about their choice. We honestly can’t see ourselves using another realtor in this area. If you want a realtor who cares about you, has the utmost professionalism and will help you through the entire process, Patrick is your guy.
