He never makes you feel pressured and never makes you feel like a burden (even if you’re full of questions/anxiety etc). He’s always positive and makes buying/selling as easy as it could ever be. This was my first experience selling a home. Patrick made the entire experience as easy and painless as possible. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Patrick posted my home on the market and scheduled the first open house within the first week of signing the contract with me. We had an offer within a week.
